Aparthotel Passage has 20 modern and spacious rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. All equipment and decor will be put into use in 2024. The facility is located in the very center of Giżycko, the summer capital of Masuria, right next to the city promenade Pasaż Portowy, from which you can walk via a footbridge to the port and the beach on Lake Niegocin.
We are a family company. Our family has lived in Masuria for 4 generations. We deal with architecture and design, we value space, privacy and minimalist, subdued design, in accordance with this spirit, Aparthotel Passage was created for our guests.

The aim of the project is to implement modern services in the field of tourism and gastronomy, which enables the creation of a new and unique offer on the market. EU funding for the project: PLN 2,084,843.59

- Private investment supplementing public support for enterprises (subsidies) - 1 610 414.60 PLN
- Number of enterprises covered by support in order to introduce new products for the company - 1 item.
- Number of enterprises receiving subsidies - 1 unit.
- Number of enterprises covered by support in order to introduce new products for the company - 1 unit.
- Number of enterprises supported in order to introduce new products for the company - 1 unit.
- Employment [FTE] - 8.49 FTE
- Increase in employment in supported enterprises [FTE] - 0.1 FTE
The effects of the project expressed in result indicators are:
- Number of direct educational activities - 1 FTE
